Alexander and the Great Ones is the latest project of Nova Scotian songwriter, performer and musician Alex MacNeil. Alex has partnered with award-winning artist relations company The Syrup Factory for the release of his first album Super Turbo (June 2019) engineered and produced by East Coast Music Award winner Dale Murray (Christina Martin, Cuff the Duke). Together this team is bringing Alex’s stylized 50’s R&B and 70’s rock sound influenced by Harry Nilsson, The Beach Boys and Nick Lowe to audiences around Canada and abroad. From solo shows, to stripped down sets perfect for your living room to rocking out in your club, pub or concert hall, Alexander and the Great Ones are perfect for your venue.
